The new generation evolves the iconic fork and V-shaped handlebar design, reducing weight by 124 grams and improving efficiency by more than 6 watts compared with the previous version. These gains come from significant structural changes at the front end: the fork blades and head tube have been redesigned with more pronounced profiles, while the handlebar and stem now form a single integrated piece, optimized for maximum speed without compromising handling or stability.

Aerodynamic development and wind tunnel optimization

Cervélo and Reserve have collaborated to develop the Reserve 57|64 Turbulent Aero wheels, specifically designed in the wind tunnel together with the S5 frame to ensure complete synergy between components. The one-piece handlebar-stem system represents a step forward in aerodynamic solutions, but its effectiveness depends on the rider's ergonomic fit. For this reason, Cervélo offers nine different integrated handlebar size combinations, available free of charge through authorized dealers to ensure maximum comfort and personalized performance.
