PLEASE NOTE
- You can return items within 60 days of purchase.
- Returns are processed only as refunds; size exchanges are not available.
- Refunds are issued within 15 working days after receipt and inspection of the item.
- Returns are FREE in Italy. For other countries, costs are borne by the customer.
- For returns from Germany and Austria, €6.90 will be deducted from the refund.
- For returns from Spain and France, €9.90 will be deducted from the refund.
- For other countries, costs vary depending on the courier chosen. Shipping is entirely at the customer’s expense.
- Used or damaged items cannot be refunded.
- All4cycling will verify the condition of returned items before issuing a refund.
- If the original packaging or tags/labels are missing, 20% of the product value will be deducted.
- Returns without order reference will not be accepted.
- The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order. If you prefer another method, please note it in your return request.
- If you paid by cash on delivery, please provide your IBAN in the return notes to receive your refund.

FOR A SAFE RETURN
- Use suitable packaging (box or envelope) that protects the product.
- Keep the original packaging and place it inside an outer parcel for shipping.
- Do not remove tags/labels and keep the original packaging.
- Avoid perfume or deodorant when trying on items you may return.
- Use a trackable shipment.
FOR RETURNS OUTSIDE THE EU: Clearly write on the outside of the parcel: RETURNED GOODS – NO SALE. This must also appear on customs declarations CN22 and/or CN23. Failure to indicate this may result in rejection and return to sender. Do not attach the original invoice; instead declare the value of each returned item.
