Lunar Sport S.r.l. is not responsible for any damage or loss, direct and/or indirect, arising from the sale of goods and services offered in the catalog published on the website www.all4cycling.com, nor for delayed and/or failed delivery of the product, nor for the conformity of the goods to the specifications published on the site or for any other matter not directly attributable to Lunar Sport S.r.l.
The technical information entered on the website www.all4cycling.com is derived from information published by the manufacturing companies of the goods included in our catalog. Therefore, Lunar Sport S.r.l. reserves the right to modify/adjust the technical and dimensional information of the catalog products based on what will be communicated by the manufacturing companies, even without any prior notice.
Since access and the possibility to place orders online modify in real-time the availability of products contained in the catalog published on the website www.all4cycling.com, Lunar Sport S.r.l. does not guarantee the certainty of assignment of the ordered goods.
The goods are delivered free from our premises and travel at the customer's risk. In the event that the goods are shipped with freight collect, at the customer's request, the risk is considered to be borne by the customer from the moment the goods are delivered to the carrier from the warehouses of Lunar Sport S.r.l. Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must verify the integrity of the packages and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence with what is indicated in the accompanying document. In case of discrepancies, these must be reported and confirmed within seven days to Lunar Sport S.r.l.. Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within seven days of receipt. Any hidden anomalies must be reported. Any reports received after the aforementioned terms will not be taken into consideration. For any declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for what is declared.
The customer who places an order via the Internet will receive, at the end of the purchase procedure, a confirmation message via email, indicating the corresponding order number. In the event that, after sending the order, the order number does not appear (after a few minutes), the proposal will be considered as not accepted, for all legal purposes, even if for accounting, administrative reasons or lack of product.
All prices entered on the website are to be understood as VAT included. Prices may be changed at any time, without any prior notice.
For customers who choose a destination address in an EU country, VAT is already included in the price.
For customers who choose Switzerland as the destination address, VAT and any duties are already included in the price.
For customers who choose a destination address outside the EU, prices will be exempt from VAT. Please note that customs duties may be applied depending on the laws in force in that particular country.
The goods supplied must be paid for by Cash on Delivery, Advance Bank Transfer, Credit Card, or PayPal.
Lunar Sport S.r.l. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to proceed with the shipment of goods, even after accepting the order, to customers who are found to be over their credit limit, have unpaid balances, or are in dispute.
Local VAT and any customs duties for shipments of goods addressed to customers residing outside the European Community (non-EU) will be borne by the recipient and will be requested by the carrier upon delivery of the goods. In case of non-delivery due to refusal of customs charges (local VAT and any duties) required by the importing country, any expenses incurred by us for the return of the goods will be deducted from the refund.
It is forbidden to enter false, altered, and/or invented data in any registration form (personal data, addresses, phone numbers, email boxes, etc.). Lunar Sport S.r.l. reserves the right to legally pursue any type of violation or abuse in its own interest. However, Lunar Sport S.r.l. is not responsible in any way for fraudulent and unlawful use of its website and services, or for any type of payment made by third parties.
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer is required to return the goods within 60 days from the day on which they communicated to the seller their intention to withdraw from the contract pursuant to art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
The goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging, complete in all parts (including price tags, packaging material, and any documentation and accessory equipment). Subject to the right to verify compliance with the above, Lunar Sport srl will refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal within a maximum period of 60 days.*Before proceeding with the refund, Lunar Sport reserves the right to evaluate the condition of the returned product. Products without the original box, without original tags, used, or for which customization has been requested are not returnable.
If you have made a purchase on our site and wish to withdraw from the purchase, you must follow this simple procedure.
Pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 24 of 02-02-2002, Lunar Sport S.r.l. is responsible towards the consumer for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the goods.
- malfunction;
- internal transport damage not detected upon receipt;
- incorrect shipment.
The conformity defect must be reported within 24 months following the purchase date; the time limit within which the defect of the product must be communicated from the moment it manifested is 2 months.
The warranty will apply to the product that presents conformity defects and/or malfunctions not detectable at the time of purchase, provided that the product itself is used correctly and with due diligence, that is in compliance with its intended use and what is provided in any technical documentation, observing the various operational rules indicated therein.
This warranty will not apply in case of negligence, carelessness in the use and maintenance of the product, any mechanical adaptations and/or adjustments not prescribed by the manufacturer, etc.
In case of a conformity defect, the consumer has the right to restore the conformity of the good through repair or replacement.
The warranty is personal and will therefore apply only to the original purchaser, being reserved for direct customers and not for merchants and resellers.
For used products, the legal warranty extends for a period of one year from the date of delivery of the product. It is possible, however, that the manufacturer offers an additional conventional warranty. If such additional warranty is available, the manufacturer is obliged to provide the buyer with all relevant information.
If the product purchased from our website www.all4cycling.com has any malfunction, to obtain the restoration of the consumer good and make it compliant with the sales contract you must follow the return procedure. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, Lunar Sport S.r.l. will proceed to restore the conformity defect according to the agreements made and ship it at no cost to the customer.
For purchasers with a VAT number who buy with an invoice, the regulation is governed by the civil code.
