The Specialized Chisel Comp is a cross country hardtail, perfect for modern trails and race courses. It shares many of the racing features of the Epic Hardtail, in a more affordable configuration. The Chisel Comp is equipped with a SRAM NX Eagle 1x12 drivetrain, powerful Level T hydraulic disc brakes, a RockShox Judy Gold fork, and alloy wheels with Fast Track Control 2.3" tires. The D'Aluisio Smartweld technology allows for strong welds, maximizing the use of hydroformed alloy tubes. The result is one of the lightest alloy hardtail frames on the market, weighing 1,350 g and stiffness tuned for each size. The Chisel has all the features you would expect from a modern cross country bike, such as progressive geometry with a 68-degree head angle, a longer reach, internal cable routing, threaded bottom bracket, boost spacing, compatibility with a 309mm dropper post, and designed for a single chainring setup.
