With the Nomad 3D saddle, Repente elevates the concept of technical padding to a new level by introducing a 3D-printed saddle with a homogeneous surface, combining the performance of additive manufacturing technology with the aesthetics and functionality of a covered saddle. The Nomad 3D addresses a concrete need: to maximize the benefits of 3D printing without the drawbacks of saddles with visible lattice structures. Nomad 3D is designed to eliminate discomfort and pressure even after many hours in the saddle. The padding density is precisely modulated according to the support of different anatomical areas: firmer under the ischial bones to ensure comfort and stability, softer at the points of contact with soft tissues to improve load distribution. Three intermediate areas with differentiated 3D structures work together to provide the most appropriate support where needed. The cavity of the central anatomical channel, combined with the rarefied 3D structure, minimizes pressure, preventing numbness and improving blood flow. The padding is made of TPU, a high-performance material that guarantees elasticity, active rebound, and shape retention. The saddle responds to your body, absorbs effort, and supports without yielding. The sinking curve is progressive: it reacts to body pressure without collapsing, maintaining support even in aero position or under high loads. The result? Less fatigue, more efficiency. The rails and shell are made of unidirectional carbon. The finish on the underside of the shell gives the saddle a high aesthetic value.
