Assos Mille GT Shell S11 Evo jacket: waterproof shell protection for cycling
The Assos Mille GT shell jacket is the ideal solution for tackling adverse weather conditions during bike rides. Made with HURRICANE fabric, it provides a reliable barrier against wind and rain while maintaining high breathability properties. The streamlined design ensures complete freedom of movement, while the cuffs in ultra-stretch AVANTGARDE deliver a waterproof seal even when wearing gloves. The two-way zipper makes it easy to access the pockets of the Jersey underneath, a practical feature for riders who need quick access to nutrition and supplies while riding.
Technical ventilation and comfort features
The jacket integrates a bottom-up ventilation system that promotes airflow and reduces the buildup of internal moisture. The close-fitting cuffs have been optimized in the S11 Evo version to deliver a better fit without compromising range of motion. The main fabric combines water-repellent properties with natural stretch, allowing smooth movement while riding. The jacket construction is designed for all-season use, adapting to both spring showers and harsher autumn conditions.
Materials and performance of the cycling shell
HURRICANE technology is a proven solution in both professional and amateur cycling. The AVANTGARDE cuff inserts offer greater elasticity than standard fabrics, ensuring lasting comfort during intense training sessions. The jacket retains windproof performance without adding excessive weight, a crucial element for those seeking optimal performance. The two-way zipper enables quick ventilation adjustments based on thermal needs during the ride.
