Hiru Lab Race jersey: Racing Performance at High Competition Levels
The Jersey Hiru Lab Race represents the pinnacle of technical development for high competition, tested directly by the Orbea Factory Team in the most demanding conditions. This Jersey cycling jersey combines a strategic selection of specific fabrics that deliver elasticity, compression, and maximum breathability in the body’s critical zones. The racing design features a low round neck that provides an aerodynamic profile, while the soft HIRU silicone waistband ensures a perfect fit during activity. Weighing just 106 grams, this Jersey is ideal for those seeking uncompromising performance.
Technical Breathability and Comfort Features
Breathability is the standout feature of this Jersey, with a maximum 5/5 rating that ensures optimal moisture management during intense efforts. The 85% polyester and 15% elastane composition offers the right balance of durability and elasticity, allowing complete freedom of movement. The 18-38°C operating temperature range makes it versatile across different seasons, while the heat-sealed closures on the sleeves and waist eliminate chafing points. Thermal protection of 2/5 and windproofing of 1/5 confirm its focus on use in temperate conditions, where the priority is body heat dissipation rather than insulation.
Racing Fit and Size Considerations
The race fit of this Jersey is defined by a close-fitting cut that adheres perfectly to the body, reducing aerodynamic drag while riding. This specific design requires careful attention when choosing the Size: if you are between two sizes, we recommend selecting the larger Size to ensure maximum comfort without restricting movement. Waterproofness and water repellency are both rated 0/5, indicating that this Jersey is not designed to protect against rain, but rather to deliver optimal performance in dry, controlled conditions typical of cycling competition.
