Product details
Product details
The Dotout Twinpower Jacket is the garment that, in terms of ergonomics, thermal properties, weight, and technology, is able to meet the needs of very demanding consumers. Made with three types of fabric. The back, underarms, and waistband are made of Dot Cold Warm to ensure breathability, thermal properties, and elasticity. The front and sleeves are made with the special Dot Sandwich structure, externally coupling Dot Air Light fabric for air protection with the exclusive Polartec® Alpha® fabric inside. Polartec® Alpha® is a fabric developed in collaboration with the US special forces, ensuring high performance in terms of breathability, thermal protection, and quick drying. The two fabrics thus assembled introduce the new concept of 'active protection' of the garment, meaning maximum control of the thermal protection/body moisture disposal relationship, thereby avoiding the 'chill' effect during descents or less active phases. Additionally, Polartec® Alpha®, being a batting with a particular mesh structure, is used in a 'Direct' manner without lining, ensuring lightness and compressibility of the garment. Polartec® fabrics guarantee the performance for which they were made throughout the entire life cycle of the garment. Due to its characteristics, the Twinpower Jacket falls into the 'long season' category, garments developed for intermediate weather conditions. The combination with intermediate layers of varying weights extends its usage period, making it suitable even for very cold climates.
- Anatomical pre-shaped construction.
- Dot Sandwich construction: front and sleeves in Dot Air Light for air protection, separated from the inner layer in contact with the body made of Polartec® Alpha Direct® to ensure active protection in different weather conditions.
- Ergonomic collar.
- Ergonomic sleeve construction for natural mobility.
- Underarm and back insert in elasticized Dot Cold Warm for maximum mobility and breathability.
- Wrist cuff at the sleeve end in elasticized Dot Cold Warm, preventing air entry and ensuring thermal protection.
- Back jacket hem with anti-slip elastic for a perfect grip on the pants and ergonomic fit.
- Divisible front zip with customized self-locking slider.
- Laser-cut front zip guard in Dot Air X-Light anti-air fabric.
- 3 back pockets, including 1 Dot Safe.
