Aircore One Castelli jacket: lightweight insulation and everyday performance
The Aircore One Castelli jacket represents the evolution of the modern technical jacket, featuring the exclusive use of Polartec® AirCore™ 150 g fabric throughout. Designed for rest stops, transfers, and travel, this jacket combines lightweight warmth with superior breathability. The minimalist construction and smooth handfeel of the material deliver a contemporary aesthetic, while the fabric’s technical properties maintain thermal comfort without adding weight. Ideal for those seeking a versatile jacket that blends sporty functionality with everyday use, the Aircore One brings performance logic beyond the boundaries of cycling.
Protection and adjustable ventilation
The double-opening waterproof zip enables precise ventilation control, adapting to changing temperatures during activity. The shaped hood with integrated visor and adjustable internal drawcord provides reliable protection while maintaining a secure fit. The taped internal seams create an effective barrier against the elements, while the elastic cuffs retain warmth without compromising mobility. This technical setup makes the jacket suitable for variable weather conditions, from mild temperatures to cooler days.
