Orbea Squidlock MP20 RL-MP11 remote control with 3 positions. In terms of efficiency, it is better to focus on simplicity. Orbea has found a way to lighten the already elegant and discreet Squidlock, reducing it to just two levers: one for the suspension and one for the seat post. Everything you need for a high-performance bike with the simple push of a button. Literally. The Squidlock remote fits into the handlebar, going unnoticed, and allows you to get the most out of the suspension. Access the locked, unlocked, and central positions in the 3-position remote locking systems. All with the same button. To change the suspension position, just a simple press or a double press of the upper lever is needed. Activate the seat post with the lower lever. Countless hours of design have been dedicated to the Squidlock design to achieve maximum performance with minimal weight.

Non-EU shipping
Local VAT and any customs duties for shipments of goods to customers outside the European Union (non-EU) will be charged to the recipient and requested by the courier at the time of delivery. If the delivery is not made due to refusal to pay the customs duties (local VAT and any applicable tariffs) requested by the importing country, all costs incurred by us for the return of the goods will be deducted from the refund.

Returns & support
- You can return your order within 60 days of purchase.
- Returns are eligible for a refund only: size exchanges are not available.
- You will receive your refund within 15 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Returns are FREE in Italy. For other countries, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
- For returns from Germany and Austria, €6.90 will be deducted from the refund.
- For returns from Spain and France, €9.90 will be deducted from the refund.
- For other countries, the cost varies depending on the selected carrier. Shipping is entirely at the customer’s expense.
- Used or damaged items cannot be refunded.
- All4cycling will check the condition of the returned item before issuing a refund.
- If the original packaging or the tags/labels are missing, 20% of the item value will be withheld.
- Returns without an order reference will not be accepted.
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the order. If you prefer a different method, write it in the notes when submitting your return request.
- If you paid by cash on delivery, please include your IBAN in the return notes to receive your refund.
FOR A SAFE RETURN
- Ship using proper packaging (box or mailer) that protects the item.
- Keep the original packaging and place it inside an outer package for shipping.
- Do not remove tags/labels and keep the original packaging.
