The Hoxxo NeptunGlide helmet is a multipurpose helmet that can be used for all your bike outings and can be configured with or without a visor thanks to the ability to remove it with two side fastening screws. With 17 ventilation holes, it offers comfort even on the hottest days. The rounded shape design makes it compact and aerodynamic, also thanks to the pronounced ribs on the top of the helmet. The design of the helmet is completed with a reflective Hoxxo logo on the back and a rear rotor to adjust the fit of the straps that cross laterally with an adjustable Y structure; the same straps are integrated into the helmet's structure to create an extremely clean design of the helmet itself. Finally, inside the helmet, soft and hypoallergenic material makes the fit comfortable. In-mold construction technology: In-mold technology represents one of the most advanced methods for helmet construction and is considered superior to other techniques for various reasons. This technique involves the direct fusion of the rigid outer shell with the inner EPS (expanded polystyrene) foam, creating a single integrated structure. The union of the outer shell and the inner foam eliminates voids or weak points, making the helmet more resistant to impacts. The integrated structure better distributes impact energy, improving head protection in case of a fall.

Non-EU shipping
Local VAT and any customs duties for shipments of goods to customers outside the European Union (non-EU) will be charged to the recipient and requested by the courier at the time of delivery. If the delivery is not made due to refusal to pay the customs duties (local VAT and any applicable tariffs) requested by the importing country, all costs incurred by us for the return of the goods will be deducted from the refund.

All online-ordered items can be picked up at the All4cycling store in the province of Varese, Via Gianfranco Miglio 2, 21045 Gazzada Schianno (VA).

Returns & support
- You can return your order within 60 days of purchase.
- Returns are eligible for a refund only: size exchanges are not available.
- You will receive your refund within 15 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Returns are FREE in Italy. For other countries, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
- For returns from Germany and Austria, €6.90 will be deducted from the refund.
- For returns from Spain and France, €9.90 will be deducted from the refund.
- For other countries, the cost varies depending on the selected carrier. Shipping is entirely at the customer’s expense.
- Used or damaged items cannot be refunded.
- All4cycling will check the condition of the returned item before issuing a refund.
- If the original packaging or the tags/labels are missing, 20% of the item value will be withheld.
- Returns without an order reference will not be accepted.
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the order. If you prefer a different method, write it in the notes when submitting your return request.
- If you paid by cash on delivery, please include your IBAN in the return notes to receive your refund.

- Ship using proper packaging (box or mailer) that protects the item.
- Keep the original packaging and place it inside an outer package for shipping.
