MET Estro Helmet: Protection and Ventilation for Long Rides
The MET Estro Mips helmet is an ideal solution for riders looking for a road helmet with an excellent performance-to-price ratio. Equipped with 26 strategically positioned vents, it delivers superior ventilation thanks to the internal channeling system that maintains constant airflow even at low speeds. The In-mould polycarbonate shell with EPS inner liner ensures lightness and impact energy absorption, while the full polycarbonate wrap maximizes long-term durability. The extended head coverage provides protection over a wide area, making it particularly suitable for long and demanding bike rides where comfort becomes a priority.
MIPS-C2® System and Advanced Safety Technologies
The integrated MIPS-C2® technology enhances protection against rotational trauma, managing lateral forces generated by specific impacts and significantly reducing the risk of brain injury. The MET Safe-T Upsilon adjustment system ensures optimal weight distribution and a stable fit. The 360° adjustment ring allows vertical position customization to perfectly adapt to each cyclist's head shape. The hand-washable padding keeps the helmet hygienic and fresh, while the straps with adjustable dividers ensure a personalized hold while riding. The reflective rear decals significantly increase visibility in low-light conditions, a crucial factor for road safety.
Compact Design and Practical Features
The compact and ventilated design of the Estro offers the ideal balance between aerodynamics and thermal comfort. The 17 air inlets and 9 exhaust ports create efficient airflow that reduces heat build-up during prolonged efforts. The eyewear ports offer a practical solution for keeping sunglasses securely positioned without requiring additional accessories. The CE certification confirms compliance with European cycling safety standards. This cycling helmet stands out for its versatility, suitable for both cycling tours and road rides, while maintaining the construction features typical of professional models at a competitive price.
