Abus Targon Helmet: modular protection for mountain biking
The Targon full-face modular helmet is the ideal solution for those who ride mountain bikes on demanding terrain. The removable chin bar allows you to quickly switch from full-face to open mode, ensuring maximum protection on descents and optimal ventilation on climbs. Thanks to the Speed Latch system, the chin bar can be secured in just a few seconds without the need for complex tightening. MIPS Padding technology counteracts rotational forces during crashes, reducing the risk of traumatic brain injury. Made in Italy, the Targon combines technological innovation and build quality to tackle difficult trails and steep descents with maximum safety.
Comfort and personalized adjustment
The fit of the full-face helmet is ensured by the Zoom Rapid Fit adjustment system, which allows millimeter-level fine-tuning via a dial connected to a nylon cable with a steel core. The adjustable cheek pads adapt perfectly to the shape of the head, while the removable and washable padded inserts ensure long-lasting hygiene and comfort. The front goggle mount keeps the visor in an aerodynamic position, while the lower attachment area prevents slipping during riding. The FIDLOCK magnetic closure allows one-handed opening, even while wearing gloves, making it easy to use in emergency situations.
Advanced materials and structural protection
The Targon’s construction uses the In-Mold process, which fuses expanded polystyrene (EPS) directly into the polycarbonate (PC) shell, creating a durable and robust bond. The use of injected carbon ensures high stability with reduced weight, improving overall performance. The outer polycarbonate shell protects the lower edge from scratches and impacts, while the detachable visor provides protection from sunlight and low-hanging branches. Returns & support
- You can return your order within 60 days of purchase.
- Returns are eligible for a refund only: size exchanges are not available.
- You will receive your refund within 15 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Returns are FREE in Italy. For other countries, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
- For returns from Germany and Austria, €6.90 will be deducted from the refund.
- For returns from Spain and France, €9.90 will be deducted from the refund.
- For other countries, the cost varies depending on the selected carrier. Shipping is entirely at the customer’s expense.
- Used or damaged items cannot be refunded.
- All4cycling will check the condition of the returned item before issuing a refund.
- If the original packaging or the tags/labels are missing, 20% of the item value will be withheld.
- Returns without an order reference will not be accepted.
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the order. If you prefer a different method, write it in the notes when submitting your return request.
- If you paid by cash on delivery, please include your IBAN in the return notes to receive your refund.
