    Technical information

    The UYN Aero Winter sock exploits the extraordinary thermoregulating properties of Merino wool to ensure maximum comfort during winter rides. To increase moisture wicking capacity, we introduced high-tech Texlyte Nano yarn into strategic areas of the heel, toe and insole. The Cool Air Flow system, integrated into the internal surface, allows air to circulate around the foot, creating an insulating layer. The Aero Winter sock has a three-dimensional structure of the leg that reduces the impact with the air and promotes aerodynamics. Comfort and performance find their perfect synthesis, even in the winter season.

    • The vertical micro-ribs in the shaft area increase aerodynamic capacity. Pedal faster, waste less watts.
    • 3D micro channel structure for air circulation; keeps the foot dry and at a pleasant temperature.
    • It absorbs impacts and protects the delicate Achilles tendon thanks to a fabric with a 3D structure.
    • Anatomically shaped insole for sports performance.
    • Merino wool is appreciated all over the world for its qualities: the extra fine fibers are soft on the skin, maintain the right temperature, allow transpiration and prevent the formation of unpleasant odors. I am a miracle of nature! UYN further optimizes these extraordinary properties through a special production technique that combines wool with the FIBRESIST yarn making it even more resistant and quick to absorb sweat.
    • UYN® garments made with Texlyte Nano are extremely comfortable thanks to the balanced pH and hypoallergenic effect. In addition, the high-tech Texlyte Nano fiber is very light and allows air to circulate freely between the skin and the fabric, also reducing the overall weight of the clothing, a useful feature in periods of prolonged activity.
