To create the Assos Mille GTO C2 tights, the maximum support chamois, minimal bulk insulation, and targeted protection have been combined to create the Winter Bib Tights, with a regular fit cut, perfect for the harshest weather conditions. For the first winter tights designed specifically to offer maximum protection, Assos has developed the IMPACTOR two-layer structure for hip protection. Thanks to the cut-resistant dyneRope fabric and the now more flexible and breathable removable impactPads, the tights set a new standard for tackling the harshest winter conditions: integrated abrasion resistance, shock protection, and frictionless comfort.

• For the suspenders and leg panels, we used rollBar technology and a butterfly panel to ensure stability. Each panel is enhanced by the louvreTec structure, with specific reinforcements on the outer thighs, to provide a compressive and customized fit.
• ZeroWaist: waistband with reinforced raw-cut edge tape, ensuring no friction between fabric and skin. Greater comfort with less pressure.
• SuperFlat X-FRAME: a single portion of elastic folded onto itself, forming an X-shaped support structure, aimed at limiting vertical elasticity in the back.
• WaterBarrier: our outermost layer in Geoprene applied to the lower leg to protect it from water and adhere to the shoe covers.
• ImpactPad: new flexible and removable thermoplastic polyurethane padding, featuring a perforated surface to increase breathability and freedom of movement.
• MILLE GTO c2 Insert chamois: created with our proven goldenGate technology, meaning it is free from side seams, and with the necessary recessed seams for frictionless comfort. For the front part, we used the new super lightweight sunDeck, heir to the iconic kukuPenthouse: a super soft fabric against the skin, foam-free, cup-shaped to support the anatomical shapes of men, ensuring maximum ventilation. In addition, this chamois features the twin21 System made up of three different layers:
• MicroShock: the base of the chamois is made of ultra-light foam with a thickness of 11 millimeters and a highly cushioning composition.
• FilterFoam: between the microShock layer and the 3D waffle, we inserted a low-density matrix foam with a thickness of 10 millimeters to completely absorb micro-vibrations. The open-cell structure allows for the elimination of excess sweat.
• 3D waffle: in contact with the skin, we have a patented, perforated, three-layer foam that increases breathability and reduces excess weight.
• Color: black/gold (Flamme d'or).
