The flexible VACUUM handlebar base offers an incredibly simple solution for anyone wanting to keep their smartphone in view while cycling. Thanks to the combination of magnetic force and suction, the device stays securely attached to the handlebar, yet can be easily operated, released, and reattached with one hand.The smartphone holder can be installed in a few simple steps and without the need for tools. This allows you to securely attach the smartphone to different handlebars flexibly. Therefore, the FIDLOCK VACUUM flexible handlebar base is also suitable for attaching to scooters and strollers, as well as bicycles.The phone can be easily connected to the holder via magnetic guidance and reliably keeps the smartphone on the base. When under high pressure, the grip is further secured by the force of the suction cup via a vacuum. The centering of the smartphone is ensured by magnetic force, so the suction force always holds tight. The smartphone is released simply by operating a lever on the side of the handlebar mount.Thanks to the ingeniously simple combination of magnetic force and vacuum, the smartphone can be used with one hand and is rotatable 360°, while a ratchet prevents it from rotating. In addition to the handlebar base, the magnetic mounting system requires a counterpart that incorporates the appropriate magnet. This can be achieved, for example, through a special ultra-thin smartphone case, a universal patch with an embedded geometry, or a universal waterproof case for the smartphone.

Non-EU shipping

Local VAT and any customs duties for shipments of goods to customers outside the European Union (non-EU) will be charged to the recipient and requested by the courier at the time of delivery. If the delivery is not made due to refusal to pay the customs duties (local VAT and any applicable tariffs) requested by the importing country, all costs incurred by us for the return of the goods will be deducted from the refund.

All online-ordered items can be picked up at the All4cycling store in the province of Varese, Via Gianfranco Miglio 2, 21045 Gazzada Schianno (VA).

Returns & support

You can return your order within 60 days of purchase.
Returns are eligible for a refund only: size exchanges are not available.
You will receive your refund within 15 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Returns are FREE in Italy. For other countries, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
For returns from Germany and Austria, €6.90 will be deducted from the refund.
For returns from Spain and France, €9.90 will be deducted from the refund.
For other countries, the cost varies depending on the selected carrier. Shipping is entirely at the customer’s expense.
Used or damaged items cannot be refunded.
All4cycling will check the condition of the returned item before issuing a refund.
If the original packaging or the tags/labels are missing, 20% of the item value will be withheld.
Returns without an order reference will not be accepted.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the order. If you prefer a different method, write it in the notes when submitting your return request.
If you paid by cash on delivery, please include your IBAN in the return notes to receive your refund.

Ship using proper packaging (box or mailer) that protects the item.
Keep the original packaging and place it inside an outer package for shipping.
Do not remove tags/labels and keep the original packaging.
Avoid perfumes or deodorants when trying on items you might return.
