BRN 3D Short Saddle: innovation in padding technology
The BRN 3D Short Saddle represents a significant evolution in the bicycle accessories sector, thanks to the use of 3D printing to create the padding. This technology enables the creation of complex lattice structures, known as gyroid structures, which are impossible to achieve with traditional foam. The variable density and stiffness of the padding in the different areas of the saddle ensure targeted comfort and optimal load distribution while riding, improving the overall user experience.
Ergonomic design and structural lightness
The design of the road saddle has been completely reimagined through additive technology, making it possible to create custom geometries that cannot be achieved with conventional manufacturing methods. Its 251 x 148 mm dimensions make it ideal for those seeking a short saddle with high-performance features. The lightweight structure, weighing 251 g, does not compromise stability and control while riding, while the improved breathability reduces heat and moisture buildup, supporting more comfortable rides even in adverse weather conditions.
Robust construction and quality finish
The black painted steel shell ensures strength and long-lasting durability, while maintaining a refined look compatible with any bicycle. The combination of innovative 3D-printed padding and the steel structure creates a reliable and high-performance bicycle saddle, suitable for both cycle touring and racing. The matte black finish blends elegantly with frames of any Color, making it a versatile choice for cycling enthusiasts seeking build quality and cutting-edge technology.
