Prologo saddles equipped with the revolutionary CPC technology, characterized by the use of three-dimensional conical nano structures to improve grip and vibration absorption, have marked a turning point for the company. Motivated by the desire to innovate, they decided to extend the use of three-dimensional technology to the entire surface of the saddle, giving rise to the NAGO R4 PAS 3DMSS: an ultra-light model enriched with an innovative cover, designed based on pressure test analysis, to offer unprecedented performance.

The NAGO R4 PAS 3DMSS maintains the ergonomic T-shape and compact dimensions (245x137 mm) of its predecessor, the NAGO R4, making it a next-generation multidisciplinary saddle already chosen by world-renowned cyclists such as Tadej Pogacar, Mark Cavendish, Geraint Thomas, Pello Bilbao, and Alberto Bettiol.

This new model is the result of the exclusive analysis of Prologo's "Pressure Map MyOwn" pressure mapping tests, which allowed for a scientific examination of the pressure areas exerted on the saddle by professional and amateur cyclists. Thanks to the data collected, an exceptionally lightweight 3D saddle was designed, with a segmented cover capable of perfectly adapting to various pressure zones, ensuring optimal support and comfort at every stage of pedaling.

The cover of the NAGO R4 PAS 3DMSS combines MSS - Multi Sector System technology with cutting-edge 3D printing techniques, creating five independent sectors on each side. Each sector is designed to specifically respond to the pressures exerted, adapting to the cyclist's morphology. These sectors are characterized by complex geometric shapes, variable densities, and elasticity coefficients, designed to offer tailored support and comfort:

• The rear section, with high density and high elasticity, ensures important support for the ischial bones, facilitating the push during pedaling;
• The three central sections, with low density and a medium elasticity coefficient, are designed to maximize comfort in the areas of contact with soft tissues;
• The front section, with medium density and low elasticity coefficient, offers good support even in an advanced position on the saddle.

The goal of reducing weight, a common challenge for 3D saddles, has been achieved through the analysis of pressure tests, identifying areas less subject to pressure and optimizing the use of materials without sacrificing comfort or performance. The use of long fiber carbon and a rail in Nack (Nano Carbon Fiber) has further contributed to reducing the overall weight while maintaining high rigidity. The result is a saddle that weighs only 149 grams, setting a new benchmark for lightness for 3D saddles on the market.
