Bib shorts Hiru Lab: performance and comfort for cycling
The Bib shorts Hiru Lab represents the evolution of modern cycling apparel, combining advanced textile technology with a minimalist design. Thanks to the 4-way stretch fabric, this Bib shorts fits the body perfectly without the need for traditional seams on the quadriceps, ensuring clean lines and a superior aesthetic. The lightweight weight of just 178 grams makes it ideal for those seeking lightness without compromising on build quality. The non-deforming bib straps with embossed HIRU logo maintain their shape over time, adapting to the torso contour for an optimal fit during the most demanding rides.
Omega chamois and advanced perineal comfort
The Omega chamois is one of the key strengths of this Bib shorts, with inserts of up to 200 kg/m³ density in the perineal area. This technical solution provides specific ergonomic support to tackle extreme rides while maintaining maximum comfort during long hours in the saddle. The fabric’s light compression promotes blood circulation, while the certified 4/5 breathability ensures optimal moisture management. The composition of 68% polyamide and 32% elastane guarantees durability and consistent elasticity over time, resisting the repeated mechanical stresses of cycling.
Construction details and close fit
The Bib shorts Hiru Lab is built with a minimalist approach that eliminates unnecessary seams, reducing pressure points and skin irritation. The raw-cut finish and raw-cut leg hems provide a professional finish, while the tight fit requires careful size selection for the Size: if you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the next size up. The certified water repellency rating of 1/5 provides basic protection from light splashes, while the thermal protection rating of 3/5 makes it suitable for temperatures between 18° and 35°C. The windproof rating of 2/5 indicates moderate protection, positioning this Bib shorts as the ideal solution for temperate weather conditions.
