Zipp 303 Firecrest® Tubeless wheels are designed for the real world ... a world of imperfect conditions, road surfaces and elements where the bottom line is simple. Efficiency = speed. It is faster, lighter and more capable on various terrains, whether the surface is paved in all its conditions or not paved at all. Deeply rooted in Zipp's quest to conquer spring classics, the new 303 Firecrest has been remade with an approach tailored to the needs of modern road bikes. When it comes to cycling fast, efficiency means reducing: wind resistance, rolling resistance, rider fatigue, weight. The Firecrest 303 tubeless disc brake was designed using direct real-world measurements (versus mostly wind tunnel or computer simulation). The results were enormous. Its rim has a slightly more bulbous design than its predecessor, with an external width of 32mm, an internal width of 25mm and a rim depth of 40mm. The profile offers reduced drag and a better transition between rim and tire, increasing aerodynamic efficiency on the road. The wide rim position also features less tire deflection for reduced rolling resistance. The combination of the wider tire, increased tire volume and lower tire pressure helps reduce rider fatigue by smoothing the ride on imperfect pavement and road conditions: the tire and wheel system absorbs vibrations, not the pilot. At the heart of the Firecrest 303 tubeless disc brake is a new versatile and durable hub, the German-engineered ZR1 DB. This hubset features 66 commitment points for faster response. - You can return your order within 60 days of purchase.
- Returns are eligible for a refund only: size exchanges are not available.
- You will receive your refund within 15 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Returns are FREE in Italy. For other countries, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
- For returns from Germany and Austria, €6.90 will be deducted from the refund.
- For returns from Spain and France, €9.90 will be deducted from the refund.
- For other countries, the cost varies depending on the selected carrier. Shipping is entirely at the customer’s expense.
- Used or damaged items cannot be refunded.
- All4cycling will check the condition of the returned item before issuing a refund.
- If the original packaging or the tags/labels are missing, 20% of the item value will be withheld.
