Rolling resistance is significantly reduced, guaranteeing superior handling in crosswinds and a smoother and faster ride even on rough terrain, thanks to a wider but shorter footprint and lower riding pressure. The reduced rim inertia, combined with INFINITY hub technology, results in instant acceleration. Carbon is lighter than alloy, but weight always increases. By using the right amount of fibers in areas where the rim is less stressed, to reduce rim weight without compromising reliability, you get livelier wheels that are pleasant to climb with.
