The sophisticated ARC 1400 DICUT wheels represent the latest 1400-level DNA from DT Swiss and our aerodynamic partner SWISS SIDE. Available in disc-brake versions in three different rim heights (80 mm, 62 mm and 50 mm), the AERO + profile rims set a new standard in aerodynamic performance and keep drag as low as possible under different crosswind angles. In moderate crosswind conditions, cyclists benefit from propulsion through a sail effect. The reduced wind sensitivity allows cyclists to maintain a stable aerodynamic position and full control of their bicycle. - You can return your order within 60 days of purchase.
- Returns are eligible for a refund only: size exchanges are not available.
- You will receive your refund within 15 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Returns are FREE in Italy. For other countries, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
- For returns from Germany and Austria, €6.90 will be deducted from the refund.
- For returns from Spain and France, €9.90 will be deducted from the refund.
- For other countries, the cost varies depending on the selected carrier. Shipping is entirely at the customer’s expense.
- Used or damaged items cannot be refunded.
- All4cycling will check the condition of the returned item before issuing a refund.
- If the original packaging or the tags/labels are missing, 20% of the item value will be withheld.
- Returns without an order reference will not be accepted.
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the order. If you prefer a different method, write it in the notes when submitting your return request.
- If you paid by cash on delivery, please include your IBAN in the return notes to receive your refund.
