The Tacx Neo 2T Smart Trainer represents the evolution of indoor training technology, combining interactive direct drive with a redesigned motor to maximize accuracy and realism. This smart trainer is equipped with 32 neodymium magnets and delivers a maximum power output of 2200 watts, ensuring an engaging riding experience on flat terrain as well as in climb and sprint simulations. Compatibility with Zwift lets you use Zwift Cog and Zwift Click for virtual gear shifting, making virtual training more natural and intuitive than traditional platforms.
Performance and Stability: Advanced Technical Specifications
With a maximum torque of 85 Nm and braking force of 250 N, the Neo 2T delivers superior control during high-intensity intervals. The variable mass inertia of up to 125 kg provides a realistic acceleration and deceleration curve, while downhill simulation enables complete virtual routes. Accuracy of less than 1% in power and speed data ensures reliable training analysis, supported by ANT+ FE-C and Bluetooth Smart wireless communications for connection to smartphones, tablets, and bike computers.
Compatibility and Easy Setup
The trainer is compatible with Shimano and SRAM cassettes from 8 to 12 speeds, as well as Campagnolo and SRAM XD, with quick-release compatibility for 142x12mm and 148x12mm thru-axles. Rear fork width adapts to road bikes (130 mm) and mountain bikes (135 mm, 142mm, 148mm), eliminating the need for calibration and simplifying installation. It operates on 110-240 Volt power, with mains power option, and weighs 21.5 kg, making it easy to handle when folded (620 × 260 × 440 mm).

Non-EU shipping
Local VAT and any customs duties for shipments of goods to customers outside the European Union (non-EU) will be charged to the recipient and requested by the courier at the time of delivery. If the delivery is not made due to refusal to pay the customs duties (local VAT and any applicable tariffs) requested by the importing country, all costs incurred by us for the return of the goods will be deducted from the refund.

Returns and refunds
- You can request a return within 60 days of delivery.
- Start your request from the Returns and Order Cancellations page by entering your order number.
- Within the first 14 days, you may try the product as necessary to check its features and fit.
- From day 15 to day 60, the product must be unused, intact and complete with original packaging, labels and accessories.
- Use beyond what is necessary may result in a reduction of the refund based on the loss in value of the product.
- The refund is issued, after the returned item has been checked, using the same payment method used for the order.
- If you paid by cash on delivery, please provide a valid IBAN in the return request notes.
- Direct exchanges for size, colour or model are not available: return the item and place a new order.
- For incorrect, damaged or defective products, please contact Customer Service before making the return.

- Use suitable packaging to protect the product during transport.
- Place the product's original packaging inside an outer shipping package.
- Do not apply adhesive tape, shipping labels or writing directly to the original packaging.
- Return all accessories, manuals, components and any complimentary items received.
- Do not remove tags, labels or seals unless necessary to inspect the product.
- When trying on clothing that you may return, avoid perfume, deodorant or any use that may leave odours or marks.
- Use a trackable shipping service and keep the shipping receipt until the return has been completed.
