Baseframe Pro Protection Fox: Protective Base Layer with Koroyd Technology
The Baseframe Pro is a long-sleeve base layer designed to provide full protection during cycling. This garment combines a high-performance breathable fabric with removable Koroyd inserts, delivering impact protection without compromising ventilation. The patented auxetic structure of the protective panels allows maximum freedom of movement, while the close-to-body fit keeps the inserts securely in place while riding. Ideal for wearing under the Jersey, the Baseframe Pro offers certified multi-zone protection on the shoulders, elbows, back and chest, with the option to remove the inserts for machine washing.
Technical Performance and Breathability
The construction technology of the Baseframe Pro is based on side panels and sleeves with strategic compression that keep the protective inserts in the correct anatomical position. The mesh fabric ensures high breathability, effectively wicking away sweat and maintaining freshness during intense riding sessions. The heat-sealed collar and wide neckline provide superior comfort and an optimal fit, eliminating discomfort even during extended use. The YKK zipper at the lower hem makes it easy to put on and remove the garment quickly, an essential feature for cyclists riding in changing conditions.
Safety Certifications and Protection
The certified Koroyd inserts meet recognized European protection standards: EN1621-1 Level 1 for elbows and shoulders, EN1621-2 Level 1 for back protection, and EN1621-3 Level 1 for chest protection. The patented auxetic structure provides impact absorption while maintaining elasticity and flexibility during movement. The removable inserts allow you to customize the level of protection and simplify garment care. This solution represents an effective balance between certified protection and everyday comfort for cyclists seeking reliability without sacrificing aerodynamic performance.
