Barbieri Anaconda 3.0 Mousse Gravel: Advanced Tubeless Protection
The Barbieri Anaconda 3.0 Mousse set Gravel is a complete solution for those using tubeless wheels on gravel bicycles. Comprising two mousse inserts made from super-durable material and two 45mm Carbonaria carbon valves, this system is designed to prevent the most common types of damage while riding. The integrated run flat technology allows you to keep riding even in the event of a puncture, eliminating the risk of sudden pressure loss that could cause dangerous falls. With this protection, it is possible to reach your destination even with damaged tyres, ensuring a range of over 100 km.
Compatibility and Installation on Gravel Rims
The Anaconda 3.0 mousse inserts are specifically developed for tubeless ready rims and gravel tyres in sizes 700x35/45. The mousse diameter is 30mm, an optimal size to ensure grip and stability without compromise. For correct installation, it is always recommended to order the smaller size when you are between two options, both for the rim and the tyre. This precaution ensures a perfect fit and maximises the effectiveness of the puncture protection during rides on mixed terrain and gravel.
Benefits of Mousse Technology for Gravel Bike
Using protective mousse inserts represents a significant upgrade for those who practise gravel cycling in demanding conditions. The durability of the material dramatically reduces the risk of tyre burping and breakage of both tyres and rims, common issues on rough terrain. The run flat technology provides peace of mind on long rides, eliminating the anxiety associated with possible punctures. The 45mm Carbonaria valves ensure compatibility with most modern pumps and provide reliable long-term sealing.
