Topeak Power Lever X is a modular master link pliers designed to form tire levers. An ingenious Master Link tire lever tool! Two levers connect to form heavy-duty pliers for removing or installing all types of chain master links. An integrated chain hook prevents the chain from separating during the removal or installation of master links. A complete master link is stored inside a compartment. The tool separates for use as two tire levers for quick flat repairs and also features a Presta core tool for removing valve cores.

Non-EU shipping
Local VAT and any customs duties for shipments of goods to customers outside the European Union (non-EU) will be charged to the recipient and requested by the courier at the time of delivery. If the delivery is not made due to refusal to pay the customs duties (local VAT and any applicable tariffs) requested by the importing country, all costs incurred by us for the return of the goods will be deducted from the refund.

All online-ordered items can be picked up at the All4cycling store in the province of Varese, Via Gianfranco Miglio 2, 21045 Gazzada Schianno (VA).

Returns & support
Returns & support
- You can return your order within 60 days of purchase.
- Returns are eligible for a refund only: size exchanges are not available.
- You will receive your refund within 15 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Returns are FREE in Italy. For other countries, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
- For returns from Germany and Austria, €6.90 will be deducted from the refund.
- For returns from Spain and France, €9.90 will be deducted from the refund.
- For other countries, the cost varies depending on the selected carrier. Shipping is entirely at the customer’s expense.
- Used or damaged items cannot be refunded.
- All4cycling will check the condition of the returned item before issuing a refund.
- If the original packaging or the tags/labels are missing, 20% of the item value will be withheld.
- Returns without an order reference will not be accepted.
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the order. If you prefer a different method, write it in the notes when submitting your return request.
- If you paid by cash on delivery, please include your IBAN in the return notes to receive your refund.
FOR A SAFE RETURN
- Ship using proper packaging (box or mailer) that protects the item.
- Keep the original packaging and place it inside an outer package for shipping.
- Do not remove tags/labels and keep the original packaging.
- Avoid perfumes or deodorants when trying on items you might return.
