This kit is ESSENTIAL for stable and correct pedaling as it moves the cleats back an additional 14mm and forward an additional 2mm, one of the best adjustments you can make in bike setup as it stabilizes the foot, which in turn it stabilizes the knees, hips and pelvis.

Shipments outside the EU
