The vest features four strategically placed pockets with 4 specially designed cooling packs to be positioned close to the body. These cooling packs are designed to provide 45 minutes of extended cooling during indoor training sessions or races, without hindering your pedaling. The highly breathable and ventilated material of this vest ensures that sweat is effectively wicking away from the body, leaving you feeling fresh and dry. Instructions for use

• Place the cooling packs in the freezer for at least 4 hours before the ride.
• Place the cold packs in the pockets of the cycling vest before the ride starts. Place 3 smaller cold packs in the back area and in the forearm pockets. 1 larger thermal bag in the upper back pocket.
• If necessary, replace the cold packs during the ride (additional cold packs are available separately).
• Rinse the cold packs after use and lay them flat in the freezer.
