Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team Vampire Shell jacket: Elite Winter Performance
The Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team Vampire Shell jacket represents the state of the art in thermal protection for competitive cycling. Developed by the brand in collaboration with the Pro Team, this waterproof jacket combines extreme lightweight construction with all-weather performance. The waterproof membrane features a 10,000 mm hydrostatic head, ensuring total protection from rain and moisture. Air Insulation thermal padding in mesh-fleece retains body heat without adding weight, essential for those who practice winter cycling at the highest level. The fully taped external seams eliminate potential entry points, while the aerodynamic fit reduces wind resistance during fast riding.
Neck Protection and Functional Versatility
The extra-long sealed collar is the distinctive signature of this cycling jacket, which gives the Vampire Shell its name. This innovative design provides superior neck protection, crucial on long winter rides. The integrated seamless balaclava can be easily removed to adapt to different weather conditions, or stowed internally when not needed. This versatility makes it ideal for both winter training and racing. Compatibility with aerodynamic helmets and the seamless balaclava construction ensure lasting comfort without pressure points.
Technical Specifications and Optimal Fit
The jacket’s ultralight construction does not compromise the durability of the technical materials used. Every element has been tested in race conditions by the Pro Team to ensure extreme reliability. The cycling rain jacket maintains a compact profile even when folded, making it easy to carry in a bag or backpack. We recommend sizing up by one Size if your usual Q36.5 fit is particularly close to the body, to ensure freedom of movement and optimal thermal comfort during intense riding.
