Dynamic Chain Couplers: steel hooks for hot waxing
Dynamic Chain Couplers complete the hot-waxing setup and make the process simple and stress-free. They come in a pack of 3, made from tough steel cable, and let you prepare up to three chains: each coupler becomes a handle for dipping the chain into the wax and then hanging it up to cool.
Dip, hang and drip the chain
They are used together with the Waxifyer, the Drip Dock and Dynamic hot waxes such as Wander Wax or Hyper. With the Chain Couplers, the freshly waxed chain hangs easily on the Drip Dock: it cools comfortably while the excess wax drips back into the reservoir, with no waste and no need to handle a hot chain with pliers.
How to use them
Take the Chain Couplers out of the pack, bend the chain back and forth and thread the coupler through the links. Screw the closure to create a stable holder, dip the chain into the Waxifyer and, when the soaking time is over, hang it on the Drip Dock. Once cool, slide the coupler out and refit the chain.

Can they withstand hot wax?
They are made of steel cable and are designed precisely to be dipped into molten wax in the Waxifyer and then hung on the Drip Dock while cooling. You handle the chain without touching the hot wax.
How do they attach to the chain?
Bend the chain back and forth, thread the coupler through the links and screw the closure to create a stable handle for dipping it.
Are they useful without a Drip Dock?
They are designed for the Drip Dock, but the coupler can be hung on any support above a container, so the excess wax doesn't drip onto the floor.

Non-EU shipping

- You can request a return within 60 days of delivery.
- Start your request from the Returns and Order Cancellations page by entering your order number.
- Within the first 14 days, you may try the product as necessary to check its features and fit.
- From day 15 to day 60, the product must be unused, intact and complete with original packaging, labels and accessories.
- Use beyond what is necessary may result in a reduction of the refund based on the loss in value of the product.
- The refund is issued, after the returned item has been checked, using the same payment method used for the order.
- If you paid by cash on delivery, please provide a valid IBAN in the return request notes.
- Direct exchanges for size, colour or model are not available: return the item and place a new order.
- For incorrect, damaged or defective products, please contact Customer Service before making the return.
