FOX 36 FLOAT 29” 160 mm GRIP: All-Mountain MTB fork
The FOX 36 FLOAT 2027 is a 29-inch MTB fork designed for All-Mountain riding and the most demanding trail routes. The 160 mm travel makes it possible to tackle obstacles, roots, and rocky sections with progressive suspension control. The chassis with 36 mm stanchions offers greater directional stiffness, improving riding precision in corners and on rough terrain. The design combines Enduro-like features with a structure engineered to keep weight down, new fork removed from a brand-new bike, cut as shown in the photo.
GRIP cartridge and compression adjustment
The FOX GRIP hydraulic cartridge manages compression through three settings: Open, Medium, and Firm. This adjustment allows the fork’s behavior to be adapted to different trail conditions, prioritizing impact absorption or greater support while pedaling. The FLOAT air suspension allows pressure to be customized according to the rider’s weight and the desired SAG. Rebound adjustment is also available.
Structural stiffness and compatibility of the FOX 36
The 160 mm All-Mountain fork integrates a Kabolt X thru-axle with Boost 110 mm standard, designed to ensure a stable connection between hub and lowers. The 44 mm offset contributes to steering geometry, while the 1.5-inch tapered steerer requires a compatible frame. The FOX 36 FLOAT GRIP is intended for MTBs with 29-inch wheels and offers a setup suited to technical descents, fast trails, and routes with frequent elevation changes.

Non-EU shipping

- You can request a return within 60 days of delivery.
- Start your request from the Returns and Order Cancellations page by entering your order number.
- Within the first 14 days, you may try the product as necessary to check its features and fit.
- From day 15 to day 60, the product must be unused, intact and complete with original packaging, labels and accessories.
- Use beyond what is necessary may result in a reduction of the refund based on the loss in value of the product.
- The refund is issued, after the returned item has been checked, using the same payment method used for the order.
- If you paid by cash on delivery, please provide a valid IBAN in the return request notes.
- Direct exchanges for size, colour or model are not available: return the item and place a new order.
- For incorrect, damaged or defective products, please contact Customer Service before making the return.
