Svitol Bike Giro d'Italia Detergent, its alkaline detergent formulation is designed for effective, fast and safe cleaning of every part of the bike, which will result perfectly clean and shiny. In fact, it contains a polymeric additive that binds hard water elements (magnesium and calcium) and contaminants present in smog and dust (iron, zinc and heavy metals), making the detergent more effective in cleaning, preventing the redeposit of contaminants on the treated surface and contributing to the shining effect characteristic of this product. Svitol Bike Cleaner effectively removes all types of dirt, even the toughest: scale, dust, mud, smog, grease and oil. Its formulation is designed to be safe on all bike materials, such as carbon, aluminum, steel, painted or anodized surfaces and range.

- Spray Svitol Bike Cleaner all over the bike and let the product act for a few minutes (1-2 minutes) so that the dirt is dissolved.
- Remove stubborn dirt with a sponge or brush.

- Caution: accumulations of mud and dirt should be removed with a stream of water before applying the product.

Non-EU shipping
Local VAT and any customs duties for shipments of goods to customers outside the European Union (non-EU) will be charged to the recipient and requested by the courier at the time of delivery. If the delivery is not made due to refusal to pay the customs duties (local VAT and any applicable tariffs) requested by the importing country, all costs incurred by us for the return of the goods will be deducted from the refund.
In-store pickup
All online-ordered items can be picked up at the All4cycling store in the province of Varese, Via Gianfranco Miglio 2, 21045 Gazzada Schianno (VA).

Returns & support
Returns & support
- You can return your order within 60 days of purchase.
- Returns are eligible for a refund only: size exchanges are not available.
- You will receive your refund within 15 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Returns are FREE in Italy. For other countries, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
- For returns from Germany and Austria, €6.90 will be deducted from the refund.
- For returns from Spain and France, €9.90 will be deducted from the refund.
- For other countries, the cost varies depending on the selected carrier. Shipping is entirely at the customer’s expense.
- Used or damaged items cannot be refunded.
- All4cycling will check the condition of the returned item before issuing a refund.
- If the original packaging or the tags/labels are missing, 20% of the item value will be withheld.
- Returns without an order reference will not be accepted.
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the order. If you prefer a different method, write it in the notes when submitting your return request.
- If you paid by cash on delivery, please include your IBAN in the return notes to receive your refund.
FOR A SAFE RETURN
- Ship using proper packaging (box or mailer) that protects the item.
- Keep the original packaging and place it inside an outer package for shipping.
- Do not remove tags/labels and keep the original packaging.
- Avoid perfumes or deodorants when trying on items you might return.
- Use a trackable shipment.
