When used 30 minutes before sports activity, it helps to prepare the muscles.
Apply on the muscle by massaging. Afterwards, do not touch the eyes, lips or sensitive areas. Reddening of the massaged area is a characteristic of the product’s application. On contact with water the sensation of heat can intensify: clean the skin with a dry cloth before showering.
