Schwalbe Pro One AERO Evo Front TLE tire Numerous professional teams and triathletes have been involved in the development phase and have already put the tire to the test in competition. The first large-scale use of the Pro One Aero is planned for the Ironman World Championships in Nice and Kona. The Pro One Aero is the result of a collaboration with Scott, Syncros and the Swiss engineering firm Radiate. An important part of the project: developing the best possible aerodynamic tire that does not compromise riding performance. In the wind tunnel, Schwalbe developers optimized the tire shape for modern wide rims. Different constructions were used for the front and rear wheel. The end result is that the 28 mm wide Pro One Aero Front tire even surpasses the aerodynamics of the 25 mm wide Pro One TT, which had been the benchmark until then. The tire is tubeless compatible and suitable for hookless rims.
