The chain, in its apparent simplicity, plays a critical and fundamental role for the safety of the cyclist and for optimizing the entire transmission mechanism. The new Super Record chain also had to be redesigned to interface with all the other new components of the transmission. The first and fundamental objective was therefore to reduce its bulk. Now the width is 5.15 millimeters, thanks also to the new pins perfectly aligned with the outer surface of the links. The second objective was to safeguard its performance thanks to the Ultra-link system that provides safety and durability to the chain and a special treatment that ensures extremely high smoothness and precision in shifting.

Non-EU shipping

- You can return your order within 60 days of purchase.
- Returns are eligible for a refund only: size exchanges are not available.
- You will receive your refund within 15 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Returns are FREE in Italy. For other countries, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
- For returns from Germany and Austria, €6.90 will be deducted from the refund.
- For returns from Spain and France, €9.90 will be deducted from the refund.
- For other countries, the cost varies depending on the selected carrier. Shipping is entirely at the customer’s expense.
- Used or damaged items cannot be refunded.
- All4cycling will check the condition of the returned item before issuing a refund.
- If the original packaging or the tags/labels are missing, 20% of the item value will be withheld.
- Returns without an order reference will not be accepted.
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the order. If you prefer a different method, write it in the notes when submitting your return request.
- If you paid by cash on delivery, please include your IBAN in the return notes to receive your refund.
