Shimano Deore CS-M7200 cassette sprocket: performance and versatility for every terrain
The Shimano Deore CS-M7200 cassette is a reliable solution for riders seeking smooth shifting and stable performance on varied routes. With its advanced tooth profile, it ensures fast transitions even under load, maintaining efficiency in all riding conditions. The 10-51T range offers broad coverage, ideal for tackling steep climbs and fast descents. Compatible with the MICRO SPLINE system, this 12-speed cassette integrates seamlessly into modern drivetrain groupsets, ensuring long-lasting durability thanks to a combination of carefully selected materials.
HYPERGLIDE+ technology and weight reduction
The HYPERGLIDE+ technology implemented on the M7200 enables fast, quiet shifting, reducing the jolts typical of forced transitions. The optimized structure delivers consistent shifting performance even when the drivetrain is under pressure. The weight reduction system, achieved through more efficient tooth profiles, saves grams without compromising strength. The smaller steel hardened sprockets maintain stiffness and durability, while the largest sprocket in light alloy contributes to overall weight balance. This material combination represents the ideal compromise between lightness and structural reliability.
Compatibility and versatile applications
The 12-speed Deore cassette is suitable for multiple disciplines: from XC riding to enduro challenges, as well as outings on less demanding trails. The 10-12-14-16-18-21-24-28-33-39-45-51T sprocket sequence has been calibrated to deliver consistent gear steps, minimizing the stepping effect during shifts. The MICRO SPLINE interface ensures stability when engaging with the wheel freehub, eliminating any possible play. This cassette is particularly versatile for riders practicing mountain biking recreationally or competitively, offering a balance of responsiveness and versatility on any type of route.
