Shimano Deore CS-M6200 cassette: Versatility and Reliability at 12 Speed
The Shimano Deore CS-M6200 cassette is a complete solution for riders seeking versatility and reliability in the drivetrain. With a 510% range provided by the 10-51T configuration, this 12-speed cassette offers an extended gear range ideal for tackling varied terrain, from the steepest climbs to flat sections. The steel sprocket construction ensures long-lasting durability, resisting wear even under heavy use. The optimized design reduces overall weight without compromising performance, while maintaining an excellent price-to-performance ratio that makes it accessible to cyclists of every level.
HYPERGLIDE+ Technology for Smooth, Precise Shifting
The HYPERGLIDE+ technology implemented in the CS-M6200 ensures fast, smooth shifting, even when climbing or under load. This system reduces transition times between gears, improving pedaling efficiency and drivetrain responsiveness. Compatibility with MICRO SPLINE freehub bodies enables a wide range of pairings with other Shimano components, making future customizations and upgrades easier. The integration between the sprockets and the shifting system ensures synchronized, reliable operation, regardless of weather conditions or terrain.
Lightweight Construction and High-Strength Materials
Strategic material reduction in the steel teeth has made it possible to create a cassette that is lighter than previous models, without sacrificing wear resistance. This construction optimization is particularly beneficial for touring and mountain biking, where every gram counts. The steel sprockets maintain superior mechanical properties, ensuring fast, precise shifting over the long term. MICRO SPLINE compatibility ensures a modern and versatile construction standard, aligned with current technological developments in the cycling industry.
