Since the e-bikes have become more popular, we have set ourselves to design a cassette with close relationship specifically for them. Here is Helix Race 13-52T, a new 12-speed rapt-speed bond designed specifically for steep soils where climbing speeds are high and the descents are fed by gravity. The 13T, combined with a 32T crown, at a cadence of 85 RPM, will provide speed equal to or just greater than 32 km/h/20 mph, just beyond assistance at limited speed of most e-bikes. The lowest gear of 52T and the closer passages help cyclists overcome the most technical climbs with newly found ease. Although the Helix R 13-52T has been designed for e-bikes, it also improves the driving experience for non-e-bike cyclists, allowing all cyclists to optimize the cadence on steep climbs and to let the gravity do The descent work. Like all Helix and*Thirteen boxes, the Helix Race 13-52T offers cross-compatibility seamlessly with SRAM, Shimano and TRP 12S transmissions and a better precision of change and duration. Non-EU shipping
Local VAT and any customs duties for shipments of goods to customers outside the European Union (non-EU) will be charged to the recipient and requested by the courier at the time of delivery. - You can return your order within 60 days of purchase.
- Returns are eligible for a refund only: size exchanges are not available.
- You will receive your refund within 15 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Returns are FREE in Italy. For other countries, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
- For returns from Germany and Austria, €6.90 will be deducted from the refund.
- For returns from Spain and France, €9.90 will be deducted from the refund.
- For other countries, the cost varies depending on the selected carrier. Shipping is entirely at the customer’s expense.
- Used or damaged items cannot be refunded.
- All4cycling will check the condition of the returned item before issuing a refund.
- If the original packaging or the tags/labels are missing, 20% of the item value will be withheld.
- Returns without an order reference will not be accepted.
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the order. If you prefer a different method, write it in the notes when submitting your return request.
- If you paid by cash on delivery, please include your IBAN in the return notes to receive your refund.
