    Shipping

    How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

    Orders are normally dispatched within 24–72 hours of receipt of payment. Some items may require longer handling times (5–7 days); this is indicated on the product page. Delivery time depends on the courier selected.

    What is the minimum order value to qualify for free shipping?

    Free shipping (excluding bicycles) applies from €79 in Italy, €129 in Europe/Principality of Monaco/San Marino and €249 for certain non-European destinations (e.g. Australia, Canada, Japan, Switzerland, Norway). Find out more about shipping times and costs HERE.

    Why do some products display varying delivery times?

    Why availability may vary for each individual item: when a product requires additional time (for example, 5–7 days), this information is shown on the product page.

    Does complimentary delivery also apply to bicycles?

    No: the stated threshold for free delivery is “bicycles excluded”.

    Are the bicycles shipped fully assembled?

    No. We recommend installation by a qualified bicycle mechanic.

    Do shipments outside the EU incur additional charges?

    Yes. For shipments outside the EU (except Switzerland and the United Kingdom), customs duties and import taxes are not included in the price and are payable by the recipient. For details on shipping times and costs, see HERE.

    Returns and refunds

    What is the deadline for requesting a return?

    You may return items within 60 days of purchase.

    May I request a size exchange?

    No: returns are eligible for refund only, size exchanges are not available.

    How long will it take to receive my refund?

    The refund will be issued within 15 working days from receipt and inspection of the returned product.

    Is the return free of charge?

    Returns are free in Italy (at post offices and Poste Italiane collection points). In other countries, returns are charged to the customer and fixed fees may be applied (e.g. €6.90 Germany/Austria; €9.90 Spain/France). Learn more about return policies LEARN MORE.

    What happens if the original packaging or labels are missing?

    If the original packaging or hang tags/labels are missing, 20% of the product's value may be retained. Used or damaged products are not eligible for refund.

    Payments

    Which cards do you accept?

    The main card networks accepted are: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and PostePay. Funds are credited instantly.

    May I pay with PayPal?

    Yes: when paying with PayPal, you will be redirected to the designated page to complete the payment securely.

    May I pay by bank transfer?

    Yes, however the order is processed only after confirmation of payment. If the bank transfer is not received within 10 days, the order is automatically cancelled.

    Is payment on delivery available?

    Yes, available only in Italy and via TNT courier: payment is made in cash on delivery directly to the courier. The service fee is €5.

    Do you offer payment in instalments?

    Yes. On All4cycling you can pay in installments using multiple providers, including Klarna, Scalapay and Heylight. Available options may vary by country, order amount and the provider's approval criteria. Learn more about the available installment payment methods HERE.
