The slope simulator is also compatible with all bikes, even with disc brakes and 12 mm front passing pin. The 15 mm passing pin adapter is also included in the package.

Shipments outside the EU
Local VAT and any customs duties for shipments of goods to customers outside the European Community (extra EU) will be borne by the consignee and will be requested by the forwarder at the time of delivery of the goods. In case of non-delivery because of the customs duties (local VAT and any duties) required by the importing country, any costs incurred by us for the return of the goods will be deducted from the refund.

First, I ordered this from US with a bit of skepticism, but it came to my door in three days. Amazing speed from Italy all the way to West Coast.
Second, the product is exceptional. I got this to replace the Kickr Climb and it performs so much better. I wasn't jerked around in Zwift on the uneven transitions on Neokyo island like with Kickr, the integrated steering works great, very smooth.
I love the design with the sliding bars which allows for natural movements without having the mat under getting stretched or crinkle.
For power cable I had to use a computer power cable I had lying around, but it works fine on 110V.
The Rizer Elite is a great slope simulator. It's solid, smooth and work very well with Zwift. The only issues with my order is that it did not come with the additional power cable particularly the US outlet power cable. I had to borrow a power cable from a different devices in order to use the rizer.
Amazing service. They had a great price on a Rizer and shipped to the US, would definitely buy from All4Cycling again.
