Get directions to every curve with the "Take Me Anywhere" feature of the complementary Wahoo ELEMNT app and all the Komoot and Ride With GPS routes on your ELEMNT. The paths are automatically downloaded to ELEMNT with a single click. Live tracking allows you to send personalized links to people with whom you want to share your location during a bike ride. From the moment you start your workout, until the moment you finish, Live Monitoring will update the web-based portal in real time, so other people will stay informed about your location, progress and metrics. With Live Monitoring, you can be located by your loved ones for extra security, monitored by your coach or meet other cyclists along the way. ELEMNT integrates fully with Strava Live Segments to provide accurate progress and the ultimate push to reach your goals. TrainingPeaks and Today's Plan are fully integrated with ELEMNT. Now you can see your training program, perform structured workouts with LED notifications and pop-ups at each interval and automatically send data to the app. Use your training program to pedal outside or inside. On a smart roller, Wahoo's KICKR or SNAP will automatically change the resistance based on the power goal of each interval to get the most out of your structured workout. ELEMNT has two FTP tests and three pre-loaded Team Sky structured workouts, developed by the team's coaches. ELEMNT mates with the KICKR and KICKR SNAP bicycle rollers to allow you to suffer under cover and totally control the rollers used by world champions such as Team Sky, a three-time Tour de France winner. ELEMNT allows you to select levels from 1 to 10, each with a progressive resistance curve, the faster the harder the pedals becomes. The ERG mode allows you to use ELEMNT to set your power target in terms of watts and, if your cadence drops, KICKR will increase resistance to maintain a constant power consumption, regardless of speed.
