REGISTERED USER

  • Log in to your account at the menu "My Returns", select "Request new return" to return a merchandise.
  • Select the order for which you want to return and proceed (Next).
  • Select the product, the quantity and the reason for the return, you can also add a possible comment and a photo (max 5mb) of the product to be returned.
  • To continue "Submit request" and you will receive an e-mail notification with confirmation of the return.
  • Before confirming the shipment (Confirm shipment), print the return form (Print RMA packing slip).
  • Prepare the product you intend to return, possibly using the original packaging and insert the return form.
  • Send the package with the items you wish to return to: Lunar Sport S.r.l. Viale Borri, 311 - 21100 Varese - ITALY.

Follow your return

  • Choose "View Return" for information on the status of the procedure.
  • You can request information on the status of the procedure by adding a message directly to the return page.

GUEST USER (not registered)

  • Select "Track a return" in the CUSTOMER SERVICE menu at the bottom of the page.
  • Enter the order number and the e-mail address of the order for which you want and proceed (Next).
  • Select "Request new return".

Recommendations

  • Return shipping costs are charged to the customer.
  • Use a shipping method that is traceable in case of any problems with the courier.
  • Send the return using a package (package or envelope) that offers adequate protection for the product.

  • Do not use perfumes or deodorants when wearing a product that you could make us.

Please note

  • To start the procedure correctly you must confirm the shipment (by selecting Confirm shipment), otherwise the return will not be taken over.
  • The refund will be made as soon as the returned product is received and verified.
  • All4cycling reserves the right to verify the state of care of the returned product before starting the refund procedure.
  • The used or damaged product will not be refunded.
  • The reimbursement will be made with the same payment methods chosen during the order, for any other preferential or requested modality, it is advisable to write a comment in the notes while setting up the return procedure.

For extra EU returns

Write obligatory and clearly visible on the outside of the package RETURNED GOODS - FAILED SALE . The same must be repeated in the customs declarations CN22 and / or CN23.
